8/5 – Day 28

Good day today, although I wasn’t happy with my squat form, so I’ll repeat them. I also failed press again. That means deloading. It was bound to happen, and I’m pretty sure this a common sticking point.

Squat – 5×5 @ 205
Press – 5,5,4,4,3 @ 130
Deadlift – 1×5 @ 305
Chinup – 3×5 @ 55
Dip – 3×5 @ 70
