Day 70 – Rest Day

I ended up not stretching today really. I did get in a few minutes of stretching, but not the entire routine. It was just a really busy day, so I never managed to get around to it. My legs still hurt plenty, but It’s getting better. Otherwise, I’m really not that sore.

I had a whey protein shake for breakfast. Lunch was spaghetti and meatballs, along with a couple bread sticks. Dinner was a turkey sandwich along with Sun Chips.
