Day 69 – Kenpo X

I had to wake up early today for work again for a meeting, although I didn’t actually work until the afternoon. I put my workout in, although I decided to do it at home, and also I had no weights. I was also pressed for time, so I cut the breaks down to about 45 seconds each. It was a great workout as always, and left me feeling invigorating. But afterwards, I’ve been incredible sore. I know it’s just that my legs are tired from today and sore from Friday’s Legs and Back workout, but I just don’t remember having my legs just hurt like this. They are NOT happy. But they’ll be fine, just like always.

I had a cup of chocolate milk and a string cheese for breakfast. Lunch was a whey protein shake and a chipotle chicken sandwich from Panera, which was very tasty. Before heading to work for the afternoon I grabbed a good chunk of baguette that we got at Panera. When I finally got back from work at 10, I had two turkey sandwiches on baguetter, along with chips. I hope my legs feel better tomorrow. Stretching will definitely happen.
